Our Story

Northlake Bible Church is a church plant commissioned from Countryside Bible Church in Southlake, Texas. A launch team of approximately 50 families began meeting in the Countryside Bible Church gym during the fall of 2019 under the leadership of Pastor Dusty Burris. On January 5, 2020, Countryside held a sending service to officially send out the
50 families committed to the plant, and the following week NBC began meeting at Lance Thompson Elementary School in Northlake, Texas.The church officially launched for public services on February 16, 2020.

As a plant from Countryside Bible Church we functioned under the Elders of CBC until we became autonomous in September of 2022. We are now an independent Bible church with our own Elders.

Through God's provision and Countryside Bible Church's generosity, we have 11 1/2 acres of land that Countryside Bible Church gifted to us. CBC purchased this land from the Pecan Square Development in Northlake on the south side of HWY 407. Northlake is currently raising funds to build on this land as the Lord provides.
